Do you need to drive your trucks in the United States?

FMCSA stands for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. It is part of the Department of Transportation (DOT). Its main objective is to improve the safety of commercial vehicles on the road and minimize accidents.

Benefits:

  • The USDOT number covers all your trucks to enter the United States, with an initial inspection and you can attach more to your fleet with the same number.

  • Cheaper insurance policies for having a good score,

  • Operation is more effective during the crossing time because of your good inspection history (You check your trucks and trailer less than the State).

  • Customers will give preference in the contracting of their transport services.

  • Improvement in having lower maintenance costs for prevention of failures in inspections.

Methodology:

  1. - We process with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) your permission to be a U.S. road carrier to take out American insurance.

  2. -Implementation of the electronic logs of Hours of Service of its operators, qualifications, and competencies required in the regulations.

  3. - Implementation of the standards of inspection and maintenance of trucks and equipment and the response and control of warnings and fines made to trucks and operators by the DOT.

  4. - Implementation of the measurement and control of road accidents and incidents, based on regulations and anti-doping examinations of operators,

  5. - Implementation of the CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability) which is FMCSA's data-driven compliance and compliance program.

  6. Do an audit to assess compliance and be prepared for review by DOT officers when required.
