  4. - Define the goals and indicators by Management, area, and/or process of the company.

  5. - Design the accountability model defining those responsible for delivering the indicators, times, and reports.

  6. - Generate the general management accountability dashboard of the company to measure the results of your company.

  7. - Implement the model and measure its compliance against the established goals.

  8. - Generate improvement actions to achieve and maintain the fulfillment of the goals in a period of time.
